The staff were really friendly and kind, making us feel welcomed during our stay. Plus, the location was great - just a short walk from restaurants and bars. We also appreciated the extra beds and beach toys provided for the kids, making our vacation more enjoyable.

The cleanliness was lacking, with no cooking utensils or even trash bags provided. the pull-out couch was uncomfortable and dirty, and the overall condition of the room seemed neglected.

My 24-night stay at this upgraded room by the beach was fantastic! the staff, especially Kathy and David, were extremely professional and accommodating. the A/C worked perfectly, the king bed was cozy, and Vanessa, the housekeeper, was always attentive. The fully furnished kitchen and the pleasant owner's check-ins made it feel like a home away from home. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

Beachfront location was wonderful. Our room was surprisingly spacious with a full-size fridge and kitchenette. the manager was very informative and accommodating. Plenty of towels provided. Despite minor decor flaws, our stay was cozy and enjoyable! Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

Our booked room wasn't available; we were placed in a smaller unit with air mattresses. Despite this, the housekeeper was excellent and kept the facility clean. the location was convenient, just across the street from the beach. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
