the room we paid extra for on a higher floor was unkept, with buckling drywall and peeling paint. the Palm restaurant, although advertised on the website, claimed no affiliation with the hotel and charged an unnecessary carry-out fee. We hope their quality and service improve in the future.

The service at Swissotel was exceptional. When I arrived, I had a special request and the staff took care of it right away. They were customer obsessed and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was modern, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient and offered a partial view of Lake Michigan. The overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Overall I had a great stay and would choose Swissotel again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with heavenly beds and pillows. The hotel is conveniently located near all attractions, making it easy to walk almost anywhere. We enjoyed the delicious food at the lounge/bar and found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities, including the workout area and pool, were excellent and provided great amenities for our stay.

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and friendly, from the front desk to the restaurant. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide range of options available. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was great to have both a bathtub and separate shower cubicle. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was centrally located and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.

There were a couple of minor inconveniences during our stay. the heating and air conditioning in the room was a bit problematic.

My recent stay at a downtown hotel was great, with an amazing location - just a short walk to famous attractions like Millennium park. It was the convenience of the location that made my trip more enjoyable, and more affordable, especially since there's a mini-store on site, for those last-minute needs. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, even providing suggestions for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a range of options to suit all tastes.

The Wi-Fi connectivity wasn't great.

The hotel's location by the river with a stunning view is definitely a plus. The service and staff are highly commendable, especially Victoria and Joshua who were efficient and friendly. The basic amenities such as the double beds and complementary coffee from a Keurig make the stay even more pleasant.

The view from our room was amazing, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the river and the Riverwalk. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, especially at check-in and check-out. They made all the efforts to ensure our stay was perfect, even assisting us in getting to our room quickly. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also appreciated the room service and the option for in-room breakfast. we were extremely satisfied with our experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Our stay at Swissotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, right next to the Riverwalk. We loved the luxurious decor and the comfortable bed in our room. The hotel had the coolest room key ever, which was an extra bonus. We also appreciated the convenience of the Pedway connecting the hotel to multiple other buildings. The staff was extraordinary, especially Angella, the concierge who helped us navigate to the hotel when our GPS failed. They were kind, patient, and provided excellent guidance. The valet parking was fast and courteous, and the check-in process was quick. The location of the hotel was great for accessing downtown areas and there were many forms of transportation and food nearby. Our room had an amazing view of the river and navy pier at night.

Our second time visiting, this time staying at Swissotel. Close to attractions, great view of the river and lake. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Free wifi and access to gym and pool with membership. Wonderful stay, will be back!
