A delightful experience with incredibly friendly staff! The outdoor amenities, including spacious green areas and walkways, truly enhanced my stay, allowing for enjoyable strolls with the family and pets.

Unfortunately, the electronic keys were inconsistent, leading to annoying delays in accessing the elevator and room. Bathroom odors were also off-putting and could use immediate attention.

Ask about the room amenities upon check-in, as some may not be listed online, like additional bedding options.

The stylish room was a refuge with excellent temperature control and very comfortable bed. Great food and lively bar atmosphere. Convenient free WiFi without added resort fees made for a lovely stay.

Unfortunately, cleanliness in public spaces left much to be desired. Many tables were unkempt, and the restroom condition matched the disappointing state of the dining area.

absolutely dreadful experience! the excessive noise from the upstairs guest was a nightmare and really ruined my stay, waking me up at 6 am. I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for such a disturbance, but what did I receive? nothing. I mean, is service too much to ask for? and don't get me started on the weak water pressure.

Enjoyed the cozy firepit area for evening relaxation.

I enjoyed my stay here as it was just over a kilometer from the lovely Stevens Creek Trail and not far from the vibrant Mountain View Farmers Market, making it easy to stroll through beautiful outdoor spaces and local vendors, adding a special touch to my weekend getaway.

Paying for parking at $20 per night is quite annoying!!! Also, the gym could really use more weight equipment!!! I’ve noticed other hotels offer free coffee and snacks, why not here? It seems expensive for what’s provided.

Had a boss time! The comfy rooms were dead sound, and the staff were proper friendly. The gym was top-notch – loads of gear! Just wish the pricing for food and drinks was a bit friendlier, though.

Ameswell is a stunning hotel where I had a wonderful birthday stay! The friendly staff made me feel welcome right away, and the room was spacious and clean. The restaurant had delicious food – I highly recommend the salmon! Clean spaces and attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I loved having a sound service experience.
