We recently stayed at The Anchor Inn and had a great experience. The staff and owner were very friendly and the free coffee was a nice touch. The rooms had comfortable, new beds and we especially loved the porch with its beautiful view of the lake. Additionally, the location was ideal as we could easily walk to the gorge trail in just over half an hour. we were impressed with the small, but cozy place and it will definitely be our go-to spot when visiting the Finger Lakes again.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right by the lake. The room was clean and had a great TV. We loved the patio/deck with its beautiful views of the lake. The staff was nice and accommodating. The Tiki Bar, especially the barkeep Kathy, was excellent.

The value for money at this hotel is unbeatable! The room was fantastic with a beautiful lake view, clean and comfortable beds, and great amenities like a microwave and fridge. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Who needs a coffee maker or fridge in a hotel room? So outdated. Definitely didn't need any toiletries, I love using soapless hands.

The location was not as advertised, as it was on the opposite side of the road from the lake and had RVs parked under the window. The room had a few issues, such as holes in the comforter and a door that didn't close properly.

We stayed at The Anchor Inn for a quick pit-stop during our road trip through the Finger Lakes. The room was perfect and the location was just what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find coffee and muffins for breakfast in the lobby. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of Seneca Lake and was the perfect spot to enjoy a bottle of wine at the end of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the playful greeter, Brick the dog. a great experience!

It was all superb.

Great view from the shared balcony. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Despite a small hiccup with our room, they changed it immediately and honored our request courteously. The location was also convenient, being close to town.

Steep and nerve-wracking driveway, beds were too firm, thin walls, low water pressure in the shower, and critters scurrying through the ceiling.

Great value for money! The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view of Seneca Lake from the patio. The staff, especially Natasha and Kathy at the Tiki Bar, were friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth coming back for the amazing location and excellent service.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe more variety or healthier options.
