The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I was pleased to find that they offered free WiFi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. They even provided two complementary bottles of water, a small touch that added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and had a lovely Victorian charm. the location of the hotel was great, as it was within walking distance of City Creek Shopping Mall and downtown Salt Lake City. Additionally, the service was satisfactory, with minimal interaction with the staff.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room temperature was uncomfortably cold and the space heater provided didn't make much of a difference.

The room was beautifully decorated and had a lovely Victorian feel to it. the subtle decorations really added to the ambiance and made the stay more enjoyable. Additionally, almost all of the lights and outlets in the room were working properly, so there were no major issues with the power.

The customer service could have been better. We had trouble reaching someone at the front desk and it took a lot of time to resolve our issues, such as not having a DVD player in our room.

Our recent stay at Anniversary Inn - South Temple was delightful. The room's decor, particularly in the Secret Garden suite, added a touch of whimsy to our getaway. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location, within walking distance of City Creek Shopping Mall, SLC Temple, and downtown SLC. The complimentary WiFi and two water bottles in the room were a nice bonus. Though there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the tub not working and the Wi-Fi connection being weak in the room, the overall experience was great.
