We loved the location of the hotel based on where we needed to be for our visit. The hotel was clean , and customer service was very apologetic and attentive to our concerns. It was nice to have a full kitchen, although we didn't need or use it. Additionally, the mobile app was very helpful and easy to use. We are on the fence if we would stay there again, mostly because we like to have an actual front desk/person to discuss any issues. But overall satisfied with our stay.

The hotel's location is a major highlight for me. It is close to everything, right near the train station, and situated in a quiet area. Additionally, the hotel offers a view of a beautiful lake.

On the negative side, I was frustrated with the lack of mirrors in the room. It would have been helpful to have a mirror in the main area so that multiple people could get ready at the same time.

The location near the commuter rail in Database makes it convenient for traveling to and from Boston without a car. It is also close to grocery stores and plazas. My friends who had a car had no parking issues. The bed was comfortable during my stay, and I appreciated having Brita water to enhance the taste of my coffee. The hotel's location was ideal for my work in Beverly, MA. Additionally, it was only a short distance from Salem, allowing easy travel to both areas while enjoying a quiet environment.
