Our stay at Sheraton Charlotte hotel was exceptional. The room situated on the 2nd floor, right down from the indoor swimming pool and fitness center, provided easy access to fantastic amenities. The room was clean, neat, and spacious, perfect for accommodating the couple we were traveling with.

The only minor issue during our stay was that the phone in our room didn't work, which made it a bit inconvenient when trying to call the front desk for a wake-up call. However, this small setback did not overshadow the overall outstanding experience at the Sheraton Charlotte hotel.

It was the ideal spot for us as we were attending a concert at the stadium. And the best part? We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning before starting our day. a highly recommended choice!

The check-in process was smooth, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, especially Ron Shuler, were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with something extra for the birthday celebration. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenient location, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

The hotel's location, just 10 minutes' walk from Brooklyn Village, was perfect for exploring the nearby cultural attractions while being only 15 km from Charlotte Douglas International, making it an ideal stopover during my travels.

Upon arrival, there was a minor inconvenience as the hotel staff did not have a contact number to let me know when my room was ready, resulting in a delay in getting settled in. This small hiccup slightly affected my overall experience, as I had to entertain myself for a few extra hours while waiting for my room to be available.

Friendly and helpful parking attendant assisted me in the pouring rain, even unloading my bags. Despite a computer issue, the apologetic clerk offered free internet access for the wait. The clean, comfortable room on the 11th floor had nice amenities. Staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its convenient location in Charlotte. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible, thanks to its central position in a great area. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although older, had been remodeled and had a spectacular view of Charlotte's skyline. The attention to detail was evident, with amenities such as a fridge and a real ice bucket. Additionally, the prices at the on-site restaurant were reasonable, and the food was of excellent quality.
