Check-in was a breeze, and our room was spacious, clean, and super quiet with a lovely view. There’s a fab park next door and fun boat rentals! We had a delightful dinner at their restaurant, totally no complaints!

No elevator for the second floor, so hope you enjoy some cardio! I’d like to think of the stairs as a bonus workout, but my legs disagreed!

I recently had a delightful stay at The Blue Heron Inn. The location by the serene Pine Lake was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff, especially Mary, were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing thorough explanations of room amenities. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful treat, featuring a variety of delicious options that truly started my day off right. I also appreciated the spacious and clean room, complete with a comfy king bed and a lovely lake view from my balcony.

Only minor issue was the lack of elevator access.

Some parts impressed, others didn’t.

The location is breathtaking with stunning lake views! ! Dining at the restaurant offered delectable, well-prepared meals at reasonable prices. My large hot tub room was inviting, perfect for relaxation.

Sadly, the outdated decor detracted from the overall experience. Some areas showed signs of neglect, like stained carpets and plumbing issues, making it hard to overlook the need for a refresh.

Stunning views right on the water, and the vibe feels so chill. The staff are super friendly, especially Mary—great help with our big dog! The brekkie was lekker, just wish they’d refilled the spread faster! Good times all around, we’ll defs come back!

The king room with the lake view was huge! I loved the hot tub and fireplace, super cozy vibes. The bathroom had a separate shower, which was nice. Plus, the balcony view was stunning, perfect for chilling out. Only bummer was the decor felt a bit dated, but the spaciousness and cleanliness made up for it. Overall, an awesome stay!

The staff was fantastic, making our stay super comfortable. Spacious, clean rooms near the lake made fishing from our porch a real treat! We can't wait to return and enjoy the lovely view again.

The outdated decor had me feeling like I time-traveled back to the '70s, and who knew carpets were a thing around a spa tub? I was half-expecting disco lights to kick in!

Had a king room with a lake view balcony and hot tub. So spacious! Loved the private bathroom and fireplace. There was also air conditioning, a DVD player, and a dining table. The outdoor pool was great with sunny loungers—perfect for chilling. Room was super clean and service was top-notch. A solid stay!

The room was spacious, but the musty smell was off-putting, and the mattress sagged in the middle, making sleep difficult. On the positive side, the restaurant served delicious pastries, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which made check-in smooth. The beautiful location offered stunning views of the lake, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff could use some improvement, as their unfriendly demeanor led us to dine elsewhere the next day.

had a super awesome stay! the king room with the lake view was so spacious and comfy, loved sittin on the balcony and enjoyed the view. plus, the restaurant had the best stuffed mushrooms i ever tasted! the staff were super chill and helpful, really made me feel welcome. i also appreciated the breakfast, it was pretty tasty!

only bummer was that the fireplace didn’t work and check-in was kinda slow. also, the breakfast ran out quick, so had to wait a bit for more food.
