I had a truly exceptional experience at the Broadmoor. The hotel exuded grandeur reminiscent of Downton Abbey, with attentive staff dressed elegantly. The turn-down service and vanity mirror TVs added a touch of luxury. The Cloud Camp on Cheyenne Mountain offered breathtaking views of the city.

Our travel purpose was a relaxing getaway and we stayed for three nights. The room in the original building was breathtaking, with crisp and pristine decor. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel like VIPs and remembering our names. Our housekeeper, Terrisha, personalized our stay with creative towel animals and thoughtful notes. The hotel's beautiful grounds, great restaurants, and in-hotel bowling alley added to the overall amazing experience.

The location allows for easy access to a variety of activities in the Colorado Springs area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom, although with harsh lighting, was regal and relaxing. The service was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the view from the tavern's garden area was delightful. The hotel also provides a range of facilities, such as pools and a gym, to enhance the guest experience.

Some staff members seemed uninformed about certain dietary needs, leading to confusion and frustration for guests.

I had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. The room in the original building was absolutely spectacular, with crisp and pristine paint, upholstery, and marble. The staff members were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest by always knowing my name. The hotel's location in the Colorado mountains provided breathtaking views from every room. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a wide variety of activities to enjoy during my stay. From joining a Pickleball clinic to riding zip lines above the canyons, there was never a dull moment. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and attentive to all our needs. The suites were beautiful inside, with a nice fireplace and exquisite balcony view overlooking the lake. Dinner on the balcony was enjoyable, although the table could have been larger. We look forward to returning and exploring the attractions in the area.

We stayed in the west building, a beautiful and large room with everything we needed. The pool was amazing, especially for our kids. The salads by the pool were excellent, and my four-year-old loved the water slides. We can't wait to come back in the winter to explore the bowling alley, movie theatre, and spa. The tendorline at the summit was also excellent, and we had a fantastic babysitter named Mary.

As women traveling alone, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, including Choy and Angel, who went above and beyond to assist us. John made sure our car was taken care of every day, and Jeremy gave us a fantastic tour of the Broadmoor upon arrival. The service and attention to detail during check-in and check-out were exceptional. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the note in our room recognizing our return visits.
