The best aspects of my stay were the friendly and attentive restaurant staff, who made dining a pleasure. The convenience of the hotel's location right off the highway was also a major plus, especially after a long day of traveling. the fact that I could park right in front of my room was incredibly convenient.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. the lack of basic security measures, such as a peephole and deadbolt on the door, was concerning.

had a great summer holiday in ludlow this year and brookside inn was even better than before. room was super clean, check in/out was flawless, and loved the amenities like fridge, microwave, and wi-fi. the on-site restaurant was a major plus too.

The parking spots in front of each room were oversized and the motel was surprisingly quiet. The attached restaurant, although only open from 7 AM onwards, served excellent food at a fair price. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was not free, but well worth it compared to typical continental breakfasts offered elsewhere. the staff went above and beyond, calling us to ensure our safety during an ongoing storm and leaving the room keys in our doors for a hassle-free check-in. a very nice stay that we would gladly repeat if in the area again.
