Checking in earlier than the standard time is not a problem, showing their flexibility. The rooms are better than the photos, with superior quality linens and high-end bathroom amenities. The hotel's location in the heart of SOHO is unbeatable, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops. The atmosphere is friendly and cool, creating a welcoming and comfortable vibe. The continental breakfast is outstanding, with delicious pastries and high-end coffee drinks and teas.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been more convenient for my needs. It was just off Broadway and close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The service at this place was fantastic - the staff were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make my stay great. The breakfast in the morning was perfect for me, with a great selection of croissants, freshly squeezed juice, and all kinds of eggs. The staff person who managed the breakfast and made coffee drinks to order was outstanding. The amenities in the room were good, not great, but they had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

We had the best experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, right by the San Gennaro festival in Little Italy. The hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located close to subway stops, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was exceptional. The room had high ceilings and very luxurious and clean new beds. The fresh breakfast was amazing, especially the freshly baked bread from Balthazar. The location was perfect for exploring SoHo and nearby attractions. Overall I highly recommend Broome.

I had a great stay at this lovely, quiet hotel in the middle of bustling Soho. the location was perfect, with shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. the room was clean and cozy, with nice amenities and all the necessary toiletries. the staff were friendly and greeted me as soon as I arrived. the central courtyard was beautiful and I enjoyed playing chess there. a great experience at the Broome.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location here is fabulous – close to Canal Street subway that makes getting uptown a breeze and the neighborhood is the coolest vibe in the city. The staff was excellent – from the bell staff to housekeeping, everyone was courteous and helpful. We loved the small cafe – the coffee was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious with healthy options. The sitting area was comfortable and inviting, and the terrace had a great view.

Location was convenient. the room had a good shower and free breakfast was a nice touch.

The hotel does not meet expectations for the price. the room was cramped, the bed uncomfortable, and the lift often broke down.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a great location near many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were accommodating and friendly, offering directions and information about the area. The room had more amenities than most hotels I've stayed at, and it felt like a home away from home. The pillow-top bed was amazing and the room overlooked a beautiful atrium, providing a peaceful and quiet stay. I also enjoyed the healthy options offered at the cafe and the outstanding coffee. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
