We stayed at The Campbell House for our horse-themed trip to Lexington and had a fantastic experience. The Hilton app made everything incredibly convenient, from choosing our room to checking in with our phone. The room was spotlessly clean and we loved waking up to the view of the horse statue through our window. The hotel's horse-themed decor added to the unique charm of the place. The staff were friendly and the hotel is dog-friendly too. The restaurant served delicious food and the lobby was beautifully decorated with horses.

The staff members were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast café area was a great place to start our mornings, offering a variety of drinks and delicious sandwich options. The location was perfect for exploring the city and attending events. We also appreciated the convenience of having shops and commercial services nearby, as well as access to laundry facilities and a shuttle service. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities, enhanced our overall comfort. Free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus.

We had a minor issue with the service during our stay, where our request for extra pillows was not fulfilled. Additionally, the service at the lounge was a bit slow, and we had to wait quite a while for our drinks.

The value for my money was great, with exceptional bed comfort and clean bathroom facilities. The location was convenient and the staff treated me friendly and helpful.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location that's close to downtown, many local attractions, and the airport. There are plenty of places to visit within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service, and breakfast is a delightful treat. The hotel offers nice facilities, including a spacious lobby and cozy lounge area.

Noise can be an issue because of the thin walls that make it difficult to rest soundly at times.

The rooms were clean and well-decorated, giving off a cozy Kentucky horse vibe. the location of the hotel was convenient for our needs, with easy parking access to our room in the back of the building. We also enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the main bar, with live music on the weekends and friendly staff.

The hotel could use some improvements in terms of maintenance. the hallways, flooring, and guest rooms appeared worn out and in need of a deep clean.

The hotel had beautiful decor and spacious rooms. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. One advantage of the hotel was its unique location, just 2 miles from downtown Lexington.

The bathroom size was a bit small and there was limited space to put toiletries and other items. Additionally, there were some noise disturbances during the night, especially in the corner rooms.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as it is close to the bourbon trail, Commonwealth Stadium, and downtown activities. The spacious room had very comfortable beds, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the clean and comfortable rooms, attentive staff, and the delicious breakfast served in the lobby area. The historical significance and architecture of the building on the outside were also impressive. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
