Rooms are spacious and quiet, with tasteful decor. Food in the restaurant and through room service is consistently delicious. The bar, cafe, and lobby are all impressive. Staff are friendly and helpful. a delightful boutique experience.

The Carlyle is located in a hip neighborhood, surrounded by great very expensive stores, which is just what I like. It is also conveniently close to a subway station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. The Cafe is a bit pricy, but the location makes up for it. The room was spacious and beautifully renovated, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. The bathroom, although tiny, had excellent shower pressure. The service was overall great, with friendly staff and excellent housekeeping. The breakfast at Bemelmans was a standout experience, with a phenomenal ambiance.

The bathrooms by the restaurant felt cheap compared to the rest of the property.

One of the highlights of my stay at The Carlyle was the availability of a driver and car for short trips like going out for lunch or dinner. It made exploring the city so much more convenient and added a touch of luxury to my experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my trip, fitting in perfectly with my plans.

Great Easter holiday. Enjoyed the egg hunt and Easter brunch. The location is perfect, close to shops and museums. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was not friendly during check-in, giving us the impression we were bothering them. , the pool was closed for renovations without prior notice and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

This hotel is an amazing venue! All aspects were impeccable, from the service to the private facilities. The sauna was incredible and a great opportunity to relax after a day in the city. The room was luxurious and offered a stunning view of the surrounding area. The restaurant and bar/lounge area presented some of the most exclusive amenities that I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. The location itself is perfect, located near some of the most popular attractions in the city.

The only minor issue I had during my stay was the noise level. The walls here are a bit thin and I could hear the sound of people in the hallway.
