I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly clean, and despite its size, it was very comfortable. The amenities were great, including the air conditioning unit, good-sized closet, and larger shower with a window. The staff was extremely courteous and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and the famous Union Square shopping precinct.

Stayed for 3 days in SF for leisure and loved it! Great location near Chinatown and a 20-minute walk to the Harbor. The 105-year-old hotel has a charming, historic feel while still offering modern upgrades. Super friendly staff with phenomenal customer service. Comfortable bed, lots of charging plugs, good lighting, and a good shower. Quiet room on the top floor with a nice view. Clean and tidy rooms with plenty of space to relax. WiFi included.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for a stay in a very nice area close to the historical cable cars. The attention to detail is evident in the service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The basic amenities provided in the rooms include a big mirror and big windows, offering a view of San Francisco. Additionally, the breakfast served is a nice inclusion.
