I recently stayed at Graduate in Fayetteville for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff, especially Logan and Kyle, were energetic and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The room, specifically room 1215, had an amazing view. The hotel's location is excellent, with the university and various dining options within walking distance. I particularly enjoyed the farmer's market on Tuesdays. They even had a grass patch and a doggie station for our furry friend, Sammy. a 5-star property with just a minor suggestion of having fans in the bathroom.

We came for a college visit, and my high school daughters thought the hotel was super fun, decorated in a collegiate way. It wasn’t like a traditional hotel room in regards to decor. Downstairs was quaint like a lodge, and the package we got included breakfast so we were able to enjoy it during our short stay. The hotel itself is so wonderfully decorated; we loved every detail right down to the key cards. The location is directly in the middle of any restaurants, bars or shopping you would want to check out. The staff was very friendly and the lobby restaurant had some delicious food. All in all a great experience and I would stay at any Graduate hotel again.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to Dickson Street and all its attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and ensuring that our needs were met. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. Additionally, the hotel offered secure parking in a garage, providing peace of mind for guests with vehicles.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, with some hairs in the tub that should have been cleaned.

Friendly staff, quick service. Construction workers professional. Set temperature to my liking. Awesome view. Delicious breakfast, excellent coffee. Close to activities, quiet nights rest. Thoughtful design, wild patterns. Personalized service, artisanal cocktails. Efficient and pleasant bartender.

If you're visiting anywhere near the campus, there is no better spot to stay. The staff was friendly, the location excellent, and the lobby and rooms were really cute. The Graduate hotel is amazing, one of the most creatively-designed places I've ever stayed, and shockingly affordable compared to other hotels in the area. The room stood out with its incredible colors, inspired details, and super comfy bed. Plus, the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Centrally located with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Easy access to Razorback Stadium, downtown, and Dickson. Followed CDC guidelines with cleanliness. Highly recommend the creatively designed lobby and comfortable bedding. Will stay at this chain in the future.

Our Christmas stay was great! the two free cocktails from the hotel bar were a nice touch and the location was perfect for accessing all the festive activities in the downtown area. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a tasty and convenient way to begin each day of our visit. the rooms were clean and cozy, making for a comfortable stay.

The lack of available electrical outlets in the rooms, which made charging our devices a bit of a challenge. the hotel's parking situation was not very convenient, and finding an available spot was difficult during peak times.
