Our last-minute trip to Cottages at Harvey Lake turned out to be a delightful surprise. The location is perfect, with a beautiful view of the lake and a peaceful front porch to enjoy sunsets. The proximity to stores and a State Park for walks was ideal. We were thrilled that the hotel is pet-friendly, as our cat loved watching the world from under the cottage. The amenities were impressive, with everything we needed in the cozy cottage. The reasonable price felt like hitting the jackpot. This will definitely be our yearly getaway.

I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money. The cottage was basic, but exactly what I expected, and it was clean and tidy. The location was breathtaking, with amazing views and plenty of canoes and kayaks to explore the lake. The owners, Nancy and Lee, were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The stunning lake view from the cabin was absolutely phenomenal. The sunsets were breathtaking to watch from the front porch. The fact that the cabins were pet-friendly was a huge bonus, as our cat loved sitting under the cabin and enjoying the surroundings. Additionally, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even replacing the water heater when we mentioned the lack of hot water.

One downside was the proximity to a busy roadway, which made me a bit nervous due to the noise, especially for sensitive sleepers. Another disappointment was the quality of the mattresses, which were not the most comfortable.

We stumbled across this hidden gem for a last-minute trip and couldn't have been happier. The cottages had everything we needed and more, with fully equipped kitchens and clean amenities. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the front porch was the perfect spot to enjoy the stunning sunsets. Being pet-friendly, our cat had a great time too, sitting under the cottage and watching the world go by. The proximity to stores and a State Park made it convenient for walks and outings. We felt like it was our own little piece of paradise, and we'll definitely be returning for our yearly getaway.

The cabins at Harvey Lake are well-maintained and the hosts are kind and respectful. The location is perfect, close to antique shops, gift shops, and a wedding venue. The view of the lake is stunning, and guests have access to boats and watercraft. The cabin I stayed in had everything I needed and a beautiful unobstructed view. Being pet-friendly was a bonus, as our cat enjoyed sitting under the cottage and watching the world go by. Communication with the owners was easy and they were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these cabins for a short or long stay.

The communication with the owners was quick and easy. They were very friendly and helpful on arrival. The accommodation was basic but clean and tidy. The shower was surprisingly good. The views of the lake were amazing. There were plenty of canoes/kayaks and life jackets available. The area as a whole is wonderful with friendly people and good places to eat. I would recommend it to anyone for a short or long stay.
