We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of town. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to the mall and close to everything we could need. The staff was excellent and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with big, clean rooms that had a lot of character. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the staff ensured that we had everything we needed. Transportation was easy, with valet parking available for a slightly higher fee. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and luxurious experience.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, even welcoming us with complimentary Champagne. As a solo traveler, I felt safe exploring the downtown area, thanks to the convenient location of the hotel. The nearby Davenport Grand and Davenport Towers provided great options for breakfast, both within walking distance. The Valet service across the street was efficient and the staff were excellent. I also appreciated the added bonus of overnight Tesla charging included with Valet parking, which made our stay even more convenient. The service, cleanliness, and comfort of our room were top-notch. I highly recommend this boutique hotel for its outstanding location, friendly staff, and unique ambiance.

Free breakfast and free parking were great perks. Very central location, close to restaurants and shops. the hotel was beautifully decorated for Thanksgiving.

The hallways to the rooms were very confusing and we got lost several times. the elevator was slow and outdated.

This hotel is a great value for money with its prices and attention to detail. The location in the newer tower allows you to be close to everything in downtown area and all the interesting sights nearby. The staff is very friendly and provides basic amenities in the rooms with nice beds, fireplaces, and lamps. Plus, breakfast is included!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the center of town close to everything you could need. It is also highly recommended for its convenient location in the downtown area. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a doorman who is very helpful and delightful. The staff were exceptional from the moment of check-in, providing superior service. The rooms are well-appointed with tall ceilings, superior bedding, and a huge bathroom.

One negative aspect is that there were reports of deferred maintenance, with outdated rooms and slow internet.
