We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is quaint and charming, right along the Erie canal with benches for sitting along the paved towpath trail and many potted flowers. It's just down from the main downtown area and offers easy access to shops and restaurants. Despite the cold and snowy weather, we loved taking walks along the riverside and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The staff here is warm and friendly, always very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our celebration special, providing champagne and strawberries in our room. The room itself was comfortable, with a cozy bed, and we loved the convenience of having a refrigerator. The gym facilities were top-notch, and we really enjoyed our workout. we had a great time and will definitely be back!

The spa at the hotel was fantastic! I had a hot stone massage and it was truly amazing. the prices were a bit high, but totally worth it. the use of the relaxing room, spray showers, and dry sauna added to the overall experience. the room amenities were great as well, with high-quality hair products provided.

The lighting in the room was a bit lacking. Even with all the lamps turned on, it was still a bit dim.

The hotel is located in a very cute area, with beautiful flowers surrounding the property. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including a popular ice cream spot and a farm dairy. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is welcoming and efficient, and the hotel has great attention to detail, from the glass shower doors to the great coffee area. Guests can also enjoy the spa facilities and take advantage of the hotel's location near historic sites.

The restaurant inside the hotel can get very crowded and noisy, especially during special events such as beer tasting.

Perfect for anniversaries and milestones. Breakfast wasn't mentioned at check-in, but my wife discovered it later. 👌
