I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely perfect. It was right on 5th Avenue, which meant that everything was within walking distance. I was able to easily explore all the major attractions without having to rely on transportation. Secondly, the staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the basic amenities in the room were great. The pictures on the website accurately represented the rooms, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch too.

I recently stayed at The Draper and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's modern and stylish decor immediately caught my eye, and the room was compact yet well-appointed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the desk had plenty of space to work. The bathroom was spacious and beautiful, with a huge shower. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking city view, with the Empire State Building directly in front of my window. The staff were exceptional, with friendly and efficient service. a top-notch stay!

This hotel was really proactive in supporting us with everything we needed during our stay. From arranging the most gorgeous room to helping us with financial details, the staff went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to soooo many attractions like Times Square, Flatiron building, Empire State building, and Rockefeller center. The room itself was spacious and had a great view. The basic amenities were there, and we were pleased to have 2 beds instead of just 1 king. Plus, breakfast served with self-serving or heating a snack was included, making it convenient for us.

All was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water. the location was great, walking distance to many sites. we enjoyed the free upgrade we received.

The room was tiny with a poor view, and the air conditioning was broken. We reported the issue, but it was not fixed.
