The comfortable and updated room exceeded our expectations, with amenities like a large flat-screen TV and free wifi. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the Eastman School of Music and the University of Rochester. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent accommodations.

Our King room was comfortable, and we enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor sitting areas. the Continental Breakfast had everything we needed, and Dion at the front desk was particularly welcoming. We can't wait to stay here again on our next trip to the city.

We highly recommend scheduling it 48 hours in advance for convenience.

As a tourist, I really appreciated the convenient access to the hotel from an outside door, just a short walk from my car. It made entering and leaving the hotel hassle-free. Additionally, using my room key to enter the hotel provided an extra layer of security, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Most hotels I've visited require guests to enter through the main lobby, so this was a refreshing change. Another great thing about the location was the excellent restaurant across the parking lot. It was convenient and offered a tasty dining option right at my doorstep.
