The location of the hotel was great, just a few miles from downtown and easily accessible. The room we stayed in was comfortable and well-furnished. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

We did notice some signs of wear and tear in our room, such as peeling wallpaper and sagging curtains. The service in the pub was also a bit lacking, as our server seemed overwhelmed by a large group and took a long time to attend to us.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, and a convenient parking area right in front. The location provided a feeling of comfort and relaxation, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant and pub served unforgettable food.

We stayed in the main house for a wedding and couldn't have asked for a prettier venue. Everything was clean, and we were impressed with the beautiful furniture and overall ambiance. The food was excellent, both in the restaurant and the pub, where we enjoyed some delicious burgers. The staff was amazing, and the details of the wedding were well taken care of. The Raven room with the jacuzzi was a highlight, and parking was a breeze right in front of the cottage. Highly recommended!

The Bath room we stayed in had a unique layout, with a separate entry and a spacious bathroom from the 1940s. Although the room lacked chairs, there were comfortable ones at the end of the hallway where I enjoyed my morning reading. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the fresh fruit cup was a great way to start the day. The inn itself has a quaint and elegant feel, with plenty of parking available. Despite some minor drawbacks, like the lack of privacy in the main lodge rooms, this delightful inn definitely deserves five stars. I highly recommend this inn for a quaint and charming getaway.

My partner and I had a fantastic time staying at The English Inn. We were there for a short weekend getaway and stayed in the charming Raven room. The room was absolutely amazing, especially the jacuzzi which we loved. Another great thing was the easy parking right in front of our cottage. Despite there being a wedding happening during our stay, we couldn't even tell as the noise was well-contained. The food at the restaurant was unforgettable, and we highly recommend stopping by the Pub for their excellent burgers. Lastly, the staff was absolutely amazing, and the furniture in the main house was stunning.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was super convenient, and I was able to easily find parking right in front of the hotel. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The amenities provided, such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi, made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the service was top-notch. The restaurant on-site served delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the burgers at the bar. Lovely Stay at a Charming Inn

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at a hidden gem for a family dinner on a Sunday evening. The inn's stunning and picturesque surroundings instantly captivated us. Our room, the Avon Room, was tastefully appointed and provided a comfortable stay. The tranquil ambiance of the inn made it the perfect retreat.

We stayed in the main house. The food was excellent! The food service was great! Everything was clean and pretty. The wedding was beautiful and details were well taken care of. Couldn't ask for a prettier venue. The staff was amazing. Some of the furniture was very beautiful. The Raven room was amazing! Loved the jacuzzi. Parking was very easy and got to park right in front of the cottage. There was a wedding going on during our stay and couldn’t even tell that they were there. The food at the restaurant is unforgettable but don’t forget to stop into the Pub! The burgers are excellent.
