We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the unit had rare AC, which was much needed during the hot Colorado summer. We also appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen and spacious living area. The location was perfect, as we were very close to the town center, Durango activities, and ski area, while still being away from the main traffic routes.

Good WiFi, direct Ethernet plug in. Real wood burning fireplace. Close to town center, away from traffic routes. Comfortable condo with well-equipped kitchen.

We had a great time during our holiday in Durango. the condo we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. the kitchen was well-equipped with lots of utensils, making it easy for us to cook meals. the beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the location of the condo was perfect, just a short drive away from town. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions.

There were a few aspects that we didn't like about the condo. the heater was on a timer and not adjustable, so we couldn't always warm up when it was cold outside.

We had a fantastic stay at Ferringway Resort Condominiums. The location was perfect for our needs, and we loved the home-like atmosphere during our three-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the kind gentleman who assisted us when the receptionist was not available. We also appreciated the flexibility of the management in upgrading us to a two-bedroom unit when we had noise issues in our initial room. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The Ferringway Resort Condominiums provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the spacious and well-furnished loft condo we stayed in. Our teenage kids loved having the loft bedroom upstairs and the comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The location of the hotel was fantastic, not far from downtown and close to the train station which made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions.

Navigating the multiple stairs was a bit challenging for my husband with his knee surgeries, but overall, everything was alright.

The pool and hot tub area is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

Some of the appliances in the kitchen were outdated and not fully functional, which was a bit disappointing.
