We stayed for a weekend getaway at this well-situated hotel. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Bianca at reception was exceptionally kind and helpful. the interior design was lovely, and the staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable. They even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport, ensuring a hassle-free departure.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I found this place extremely convenient for exploring around. It's very close to the Metro, harbor, and ferry to the governor island. the subway is also really close, making it easy to get around. the staff was very friendly and offered great service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the room amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning were top-notch.

I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent service and convenient location

The hotel staff provided exceptional service, from a smooth and quick check-in to daily fresh water delivery and warm greetings. the location in the Financial District was ideal, with easy access to multiple metro lines. the only downside was the smaller room size and lack of some amenities, but overall, a great stay.

The lounge on the 2nd floor was a nice spot to unwind, and the complimentary wine and cheese hour was a pleasant surprise. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the hotel's prime location in a bustling area made it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions.

The windows were not soundproof, leading to some disturbance from outside noise during the night. sporadic housekeeping service and a persistent damp carpet issue detracted from the overall experience.
