During my transit in New York, I stayed at Hotel Sherman and was impressed by the convenience of the location. The closest subway station on 49th Street made it easy for me to explore the city, and LaGuardia Airport being only 15 km away was a definite plus for my travel plans.

The only drawback I experienced during my stay at Hotel Sherman was the limited breakfast selection. While the coffee was exceptional, the breakfast options were not replenished when items ran out, which was slightly disappointing.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was very close to Times Square and the theatre district without feeling like I was trapped in the tourist ghetto. There were amazing choices of restaurants right outside the hotel's door, making it convenient to find great dining options. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The elevator reliability could be improved, as there have been instances of it getting stuck and causing inconvenience to guests.

The location was perfect for exploring, with lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the rooftop patio was a nice addition. The staff were polite and attentive.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They even surprised us with a room upgrade! the location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions and in a vibrant neighborhood. We loved being able to explore the area and try out the amazing restaurants nearby.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the room was quite small and lacked storage space.

We were able to walk to so many amazing places, including Restaurant Row, Broadway, and Rockefeller Center. Plus, there were a ton of restaurants right around the corner, making it super convenient for dining out.

I recently stayed at a tranquil haven just a 5-minute walk from Times Square. My suite was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The personal patio with a stunning New York skyline view was a bonus. The staff were lovely and breakfast on the balcony was a treat. The hotel was extremely convenient for all the sights and surrounded by places to eat that would suit all budgets. Definitely a great deal for what I received. A most pleasant stay.

The 24/7 front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every request or concern was addressed promptly. The breakfast spread was delicious and we appreciated the complimentary copies of the New York Times. The rooftop terrace was a delightful bonus, offering stunning views of the city. Despite being in a busy location, we didn't experience any noise issues and felt safe with the key-card front entrance. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others!

Located in a prime midtown area, a short walk to the theatre district. Upgraded from a double room to a spacious two-bedroom suite with a balcony. Exceptionally comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient access to the train for visiting the Freedom Tower.

I recently stayed at Hotel Scherman for 8 days with my family and couldn't recommend it more. The hotel is beautifully renovated, with spacious and soundproofed rooms. The rooftop exceeded expectations, and the location is fantastic with great restaurants nearby. As a solo female traveler, I felt extremely safe with the attentive staff. The free breakfast was a great start to each day of exploring. I fell in love with this hotel and can't wait to return.
