The vintage Victorian house, beautifully decorated with exquisite paintings, embroidery, and antiques, made us feel like we were sleeping in a museum. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were thrilled to find out that the B&B had parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the neighborhood and surrounding area. Moreover, the location right in front of the B&B allowed us to easily access the trolley line on Chester Avenue, providing quick transportation to the city center. The highlight of our stay, however, was the delicious buffet breakfast. We couldn't get enough of the muffins and peach pie baked by the owner, Warren. Lastly, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast spread was delicious, with options like fruit, cereals, and a perfectly cooked potato waffle with an over easy egg. a memorable experience at this lovely B&B.

That the parking lot could be a little crowded at times.

This hotel is a hidden gem! its location on the 13 trolley line into Centre City Philadelphia was so convenient and saved us a lot of money on transportation costs. The staff was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations to explore the city. We stayed in a room with twin beds that shared a bathroom with other guests, but it was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. Lastly, the breakfast with homemade bakery was to die for! We could smell the cake baking from our room, and it tasted as good as it smelled!

Had a great Thanksgiving stay! Loved the fresh breakfast and the complimentary wine and snacks. the room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the off-street parking was a game-changer for us.

The shower was a bit small, which made it hard to move around, and the private parking was first come first serve. We were lucky to get a spot in the lot, but the street parking was difficult to find.
