The service at this hotel was exceptional from beginning to end. I appreciated how responsive the staff was to our needs, such as providing extra lighting in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a hot and powerful shower. The location was also convenient, as we were able to easily walk to the train station in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Although there were a few minor issues, such as some unsanitary conditions in the room and hallway noise, they did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were really comfortable. the hotel also had lovely guest rooms and public spaces.

The front desk staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful. They did not mention the gym and pool on site, and the undisclosed resort fee at check-out was confusing.

Great location, within walking distance to town and with easy access to restaurants via Uber. the Red Door Spa and the bar with different piano players were fantastic. Even with three weddings happening at the same time, the service was still excellent.

The hotel felt overpriced and didn't live up to expectations. the shower was leaking and there was no overhead lighting in the room.

The newly renovated room was fantastic, especially the bathroom which had an excellent shower. The card entry system for the room was convenient and secure. And most importantly, the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place was perfect, with a great downtown area within walking distance. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all exceeding my expectations. I also loved the added convenience of the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities.

As a couple, we loved the amazing staff and the complimentary bikes for exploring the area. The hotel is beautifully designed with various outdoor spaces, including a charming garden bar with live music and cocktails. Dinner at the King Bar was exquisite, and the spa services were top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good cooling and nice bed linen and pillows.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints.

The lobby is plush and beautiful with a very nice floral shop off the lobby. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds super comfy. I loved the David Burke King bar and restaurant off the lobby. The food was excellent. The fitness center was well-maintained and clean.

It was a joy to stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride away from local eateries that gave us a nice local experience. Breakfast was delicious and the service was top notch. The room was fantastic- spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom that had everything we needed. The view from the window was breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and room advantages.

The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation, including a train station directly connected to Manhattan. Additionally, this city has a variety of good restaurants for dinner, and the hotel's Red Salt restaurant provided a delicious breakfast.

Great location for my needs. Valet parking excellent. Decent room rate. Very clean. Professional staff in Polo Lounge. Lovely guest rooms and public space. Comfortable mattress, spacious bathrooms, and nice touch with bathrobes. Train service conveniently nearby. Discovered a tasty tapas restaurant a few blocks away.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The parking was convenient and hassle-free. I loved the fact that the hotel was located right next to The Long Island Railway, making transportation extremely convenient. Additionally, the location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The Sunday brunch was amazing! My partner and I were blown away by the variety of high-quality food. the salads were beautiful and tasty, and the variety of appetizers and hot dishes exceeded our expectations. the mimosas were unlimited, which made for a fun and festive atmosphere. We also appreciated the warm and welcoming service from the staff.

The lighting in the room was really poor and made it difficult to get ready. We also struggled with the limited number of power sockets, which made it challenging to charge all of our devices.
