We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of our room at The Gardens. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the private balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering us a late check-out. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained. we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel! the location was amazing, with several excellent beaches just a stone's throw away. The staff were also very friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful insights about the area. I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the fully-equipped kitchens and the availability of a fold-out sofa. Additionally, the prices were reasonable for the value received. it was a great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at the Gardens At West Maui. The hotel's central location was perfect for my snorkeling adventures. Being a time share, the hotel was very well equipped with amenities like a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen. The two bathrooms in the 1BR condo were a luxurious bonus. After a day of surfing or hiking, I loved relaxing in the jacuzzi. The cleaning staff and Lisa in the office were friendly and polite. The grounds were beautifully maintained and I enjoyed the daily visits from roosters and chickens. I even had an egg laid on our lanai on Easter morning. Making flower lei's was a fun activity and our back studio condo felt very private. a great experience.

I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen in the condo unit at The Gardens At West Maui. It made my stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. The location was excellent, with two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. I was able to explore Kapalua Beach and Napili Bay easily. Despite some concerns about roosters, I didn't have any issues with noise in my room facing the golf course. The Kapalua Coastal Trail, starting from Kapalua Beach, was a stunning walk along the ocean. I also appreciated the proximity to Napili Market, which had great local poke bowls. The unit had a washer/dryer and all the necessary appliances, which made it feel like a home away from home.

Although there were minor inconveniences like the late check-in procedure and the need to call for beach towels and grill refills, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, navigating the paving stones with my crutches was a bit challenging, but the staff was friendly and quick to assist.

The Gardens of West Maui is ideally located within a short walk to two stunning beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The lush tropical gardens surrounding the property create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, with modern Hawaiian decor and fully equipped kitchens. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a thorough briefing upon check-in. In general, everything worked well, from the pool and hot tub to the BBQ area. Additionally, the property offers ample parking and balconies for each room.

Some guests have mentioned noise from nearby roosters, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.

During my Xmas break, I stayed at a hotel in West Maui. I appreciated the complimentary gifts left in our room, including a bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel location was fantastic, providing easy access to the local shops and beaches. One major advantage of the hotel was the free wi-fi, which was reliable throughout our stay.

The quality of breakfast at the hotel was not satisfactory. The food lacked flavor, and the coffee wasn't fresh.
