The rooms were beautiful and had a balcony with a great view of the river. the atmosphere in the bar/lounge was cozy and the food was phenomenal. the bartender, Ryan, provided excellent service.

There were some issues with our rooms. the screen on my door was broken, allowing bugs to enter.

The food at the hotel was simply fantastic, especially the options available at the lower level bar. We thoroughly enjoyed our evenings there. Additionally, the breakfast room was a pleasant surprise in the mornings. The selection of tea provided was exactly what I like, and the cleanliness and variety of options were commendable. While I would have appreciated some protein options like eggs, overall, our experience at the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel had a beautiful setting with breathtaking gardens and a view of the river. the bar/lounge downstairs had a historical, old-world feel and the bartender was outstanding. the food in the lounge and restaurant was unique and delectable. the hotel had a multilevel public patio area with a fire pit, which was great for relaxing with a glass of wine or a peaceful coffee in the morning.

The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the public areas and hall carpets were not vacuumed and the lobby and ladies room were worn and cheaply outfitted.
