I absolutely loved the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, it had a cozy and intimate feel. The staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The little cocktail bar was a hidden gem, and the bartender, Kathy, was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and the local attractions.

One issue I encountered was a phone call from the front desk at 2:30am due to a noise complaint from my neighbors. Although I understand the need for the hotel to address complaints, it was a bit startling to be woken up in the middle of the night.

The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating our needs and even allowing us to keep our car in the parking lot after check-out. The breakfast served was absolutely fabulous, with a variety of hot and cold options. The staff, including the housekeeping, breakfast, concierge, and desk staff. The hotel is conveniently located near several museums and a vegan restaurant, and is directly across the street from the botanical gardens. The hotel also offers free WIFI and has a safe area with free limited parking.

The rooms are great, with basic amenities like a microwave, fridge, and amazing views. Plus, you can't beat the value for money with breakfast included.
