We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the extra touches like the turn down service and chocolate chip cookies at night were a nice surprise. The courtyard was impressive with its glass fire tables and outdoor heaters. The underground parking with cameras gave us a sense of security for our motorcycles. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool being open late was a great bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at H Hotel. The room was stylish and had a stunning view of the city. The location downtown was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The staff was accommodating and polite throughout my stay.

While checking out, I mentioned the temperature issue to the staff. Although I didn't receive any compensation or discount, they apologized and assured me that maintenance would address the problem.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with a nice bed. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with friendliness and professionalism.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast items, as they were not included in the room rate.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Midland for a relaxing weekend of reading. The room was lovely, with a cozy window seat/couch perfect for lounging. The hotel itself was spotless and had a bright and cheery atmosphere. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the Midland Center of the Arts and Dow Garden. The staff was attentive and friendly, and I especially enjoyed having access to the exercise room and hot tub/pool. a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the bike trail from our one bedroom suite. The bathroom was well appointed, with a large tiled shower. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool and spa area. The front desk staff were helpful and made us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to some great restaurants in walking distance. We also appreciated the free public parking nearby.

The hotel is gorgeous, location perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops, massive park right in front lawn, helpful staff, 24hr pool, hot tub, gym, well-decorated, restaurants/bars onsite, Dow Gardens nearby!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 5, star hotel here and were completely impressed. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with exclusive amenities that made our stay comfortable. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were exquisite and the service was top, notch. the hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious meals, while the bar/lounge area had a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Our only minor issue was the location, which was not as convenient as we would have liked. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions and shopping centers, mitigating this inconvenience.

The hotel location boasts of a beautiful downtown area with big-time professional baseball, fresh markets, and local farmers' produce right down the street in summer. The river-side hotel also provides a beautiful view. Moreover, the facilities in the hotel are modern and bright, the food is great, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The hotel's customer service seems to be lacking, with little attention paid to guests' specific needs.
