The room was beautifully decorated and had a cozy fireplace, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. A great choice for business travelers.

Our stay at the Hideaway was absolutely delightful. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and homey feel. The welcoming staff made us feel right at home and even offered us a complimentary glass of Chardonnay during the hotel's "drink hour." We also enjoyed the additional bottle of wine they provided for our special celebration.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as a slight pet odor in the pet-friendly room and the lack of designated parking, these issues were easily resolved with a Glade plugin and by arriving in the evening when more parking spots were available.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any issues that arose during my stay. the location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance of popular attractions such as Ocean Ave, Carmel Beach, and Mission Trail Park. the rooms were lovely and cozy, with a beautiful fireplace in the fireplace room. the bathroom products provided were high quality and eco-friendly.

The noise level at the hotel was quite high, especially in the early morning. the sound of people walking around upstairs and dragging suitcases across the cobbled floors was disruptive.

The separate spaces for living and bedroom were fantastic, providing a great relaxing layout. The fireplace added a cozy touch to the room, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I also loved the Malin and Goetz amenities provided. The happy hour with snacks and drinks was a lovely bonus, and the breakfast food was delicious. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking distance to all the best restaurants, shops, and the beach. The area around the hotel was pleasantly quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything in town. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the happy hour in the evening, it was a lovely touch. And the pet amenities available were greatly appreciated by our furry family member. The room was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had an amazing Easter getaway at this delightful boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The renovated room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary wine and appetizers in the evening added a special touch to our stay. Additionally, the European-style breakfast each morning was delicious and satisfying. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated close to all the shops and restaurants in the area.

One downside of our stay was the lack of onsite parking. However, the staff was more than willing to assist us in finding parking spaces adjacent to the hotel.

The room we stayed in was very noisy due to its proximity to the common room. the music and noise level made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the front desk staff did not seem equipped to handle the issue.

The location was perfect, situated on the edge of the busy downtown area of this city, making it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants on foot. Additionally, we loved the complimentary breakfast and the surprise wine and cheese hour in the afternoon. It was a great touch that added to our overall experience. For a 3-star hotel, this was exceptional value!
