Charming antique rooms, beautiful furniture, beachfront deck, friendly staff, easy beach access.

Always returning for my city trips. Helpful staff shared travel tips on my first visit. Perfect spot with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Flat-screen TV, and Beach access. Private beach, Picnic area, and Sun loungers make me keep coming back.

Holiday House Inn & Motel offers charming antique-style rooms with beautiful furniture and lighting fixtures, set in a lovely old building. the front deck provides easy beach access, ideal for couples and older guests. Enjoy a scenic 1.5-1.8 mile beach walk to the pier or hop on the convenient trolley for exploring.

Musty smell initially; dissipates with AC. Sheets somewhat rough.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a cozy room with beautiful antique furniture. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, and the staff treated us with courtesy and friendliness throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.

Great beach location for family wedding. Shared kitchen for brunch and games. Close to Pine Point, but not too close to OOB. Quirky decor, helpful staff, good breakfast. Lovely view from room. Beautiful front patio with friendly pets.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is right on the beach and close to Old Orchard Beach. You can easily access all the amusements and enjoy a beautiful ocean view from some of the rooms. The staff is welcoming and responsive, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Some rooms even have their own porch for added relaxation. The continental breakfast, though simple, is sufficient and you can enjoy it while overlooking the ocean.

One downside is that the rooms in the older inn are pretty basic, lacking amenities like a coffee maker or clock.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. We had an amazing stay at a charming beachfront hotel. the Holiday House provided us with the best room in the house - right on the ocean with a full view. the antique-style rooms had beautiful furniture and lighting fixtures, and we loved the simplicity of the decor. the proximity to the ocean was perfect, and we enjoyed the sound of the waves throughout the night. the hotel had a beautiful patio and beach access, making it easy to relax and enjoy the tranquility. it was a simply enjoyable experience.
