The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the decor was modern and stylish. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant, which ranked as highly as the hotel itself.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as there were limited walking options and not much to do in the surrounding area. Although they offered bicycles and transportation services, it would have been more convenient if there were attractions or amenities within walking distance.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the airport in Cedar Rapids and I had a wonderful experience. the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about my comfort. Secondly, the rooms with 2 queen beds were spacious and well-appointed, with good lighting and comfortable beds. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the amenities provided. Lastly, the breakfast in the Class Act Restaurant was absolutely delicious. The food was creative, elegant, and really satisfying. I was impressed with the value for money and the level of service provided by this hotel.

The spacious and immaculate guest rooms were a delight to stay in. The hotel's WiFi speeds were 4-5X faster than other chain hotels I've stayed in. The meeting rooms were exceptionally well equipped and the A/V coordinator, Cathy Coleman, was knowledgeable and attentive. The food at the restaurant and room service was delicious and arrived promptly. The staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile.
