The location of this hotel was perfect for us as we needed to be close to the subway and it was just a few blocks from Times Square. We were also pleased to find good food options nearby for quick and healthy eating. The comfort of the beds and pillows was great, and there were plenty of outlets provided for our devices. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to change rooms due to the smell of fresh paint from the ongoing renovations. We appreciated their prompt and accommodating response.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a block away from Times Square. Many attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance, including the 5th Avenue, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and the Empire State Building. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a rooftop bar which was a nice bonus. The hotel staff was fantastic and even upgraded our room upon arrival for our anniversary. Breakfast was included and there was also a microwave and fridge in our room.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of all the attractions. Friendly staff and great service are the best aspects. Complimentary coffee and tea available all day. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a nice view.

The heater was not working properly during our stay which led to cold nights. The bathroom was small and outdated, and there was no hot water for the shower on the last day.

Room was very quiet even though it was next to the elevator and located within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options available. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
