I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, both in the hotel grounds and in the room itself. The bathroom was also extremely clean and well stocked. The hotel facilities were in great shape, and there was no noise to disrupt my stay. The staff, although not fully knowledgeable during check-in, were friendly and okay. The transportation provided by the hotel was excellent, with constant routes between the hotel and the casino. The drivers were also knowledgeable about shopping and dining locations nearby, which was quite helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The value for my money was great, with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and a free shuttle to the casino. The location was convenient, especially when the horses were running at the track. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and provided excellent transportation service.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the modern and clean rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my experience more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast and on-site exercise room were definitely a plus. the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding towns and areas.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. the fridge in the room froze everything I put into it, which was quite inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Inn At Charles Town / Hollywood Casino. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was convenient and the drivers were knowledgeable about the area. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located close to several area restaurants and Baltimore casinos, making it easy to find a place to eat or go out for the night. Additionally, the shuttle service is convenient, running frequently at all hours, and the bed is comfortable with lots of outlets for charging your devices.

The $10 amenity fee seems unnecessary and the breakfast buffet is just okay, with watery eggs and only a few good items to choose from.

The hotel offers a great view of the race track, and they have a shuttle service to both the track and the casino. The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, one of the best I've ever stayed in. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service, and the housekeeping team was friendly and helpful. One of the best things about the hotel was the full buffet breakfast included in the room price.

The organization at the hotel could use some improvement, especially when it comes to communication with guests. We had issues with broken items in the room and a broken light bulb that wasn't addressed properly.
