A Unique Experience

We had been coming to the Inn at Little for almost 40 years, and this time, we were pleasantly surprised by our suite. It was beautifully redone, with an arched pocket door between the rooms and matching arch above the bed. The two bathrooms were a bonus, and the arrangement was perfect for different sleep schedules. The dinner was a culinary adventure, with vegetarian selections that left us satisfied without feeling overstuffed. The service was attentive, although there were a couple of small forgetful moments. We enjoyed the morning walk around the landscaped property and loved seeing the llamas, sheep, and goats. this was a unique and special experience.

The location is great for outdoors, historic sites, and local wines. Service is top-notch and the staff goes above and beyond. The upgraded room has a nostalgic feel. The restaurant is high quality but pricey.

The holiday decorations were beautifully done and added a merry touch to our Xmas stay. the on-site activities, such as the fitness center and spa, were convenient and enjoyable. the hotel's remote location provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The service was lacking and not up to par with the high prices. Room service was slow and forgetful, and the front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests.

Located on the east coast near Washington D.C., The Inn at Little Washington provides a unique and enchanting experience. Set in the beautiful countryside and farms of the mid-Atlantic area, it offers a picturesque backdrop for a special getaway. Guests can expect luxurious accommodations, such as the spacious Julia Child suite with balconies and every amenity needed. The attentive and friendly service enhances the overall experience, from nightly turndown service to prompt responses to any requests. The exquisite multi-course meals in the kitchen are a culinary delight, with creative dishes that are works of art. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, with beautiful common spaces and relaxing gardens to explore. Breakfast offers equally delicious cuisine, with options like eggs Benedict or a trio of scrambled eggs with salmon. The Inn truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel pampered and well taken care of.

The mattress in the Parsonage room could use an upgrade to provide better comfort for guests.

The room, food, and service were exceptional. Attentive staff and attention to detail. Outstanding tea and pastries. Delicious chef tasting menu. Beautiful drive to the location.

I enjoyed a luxurious stay at this hotel that exceeded all of my expectations. the service was impeccable and every need was catered to, such as the exclusive access to a private facility. the room was spacious with exclusive amenities and the continental breakfast was a delight.

The Spa and wellness center was not available during this stay which was a minor issue. the exclusive location advantages made up for it.
