The hotel is in a good location and has a nice rooftop pool and bar. The rooms are fairly clean with good amenities in the bathroom, and some nice artwork. The breakfast was excellent according to many of the guests who stayed there.

Some guests complained about dirty rooms, wet carpet, and poor customer service.

Loved the rooftop pool at Jacquard, Autograph Collection! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city views. Although my room was small, the bathroom was luxurious and filled with amenities. I had a great stay.

The hotel was located in a great spot, close to all the Christmas festivities. We could easily walk to restaurants and bars, which was a huge plus. the view from our room was stunning, with gorgeous mountains in the distance. the staff were helpful and the restaurant was fantastic.

The bathroom was quite strange. the main door was heavy and difficult to open, and inside there were clear glass enclosures for the shower and toilet, making for an awkward setup.

The Acai bowl was incredible! Loved the rooftop pool! The finishes in the room were very nice and the artwork was great as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and shopping in Cherry Creek. The hotel offers an exceptional bar and restaurant on the premises as well as a rooftop bar and lounge seating. The room is clean and comfortable with a very functional bathroom with an amazing shower. King-size bed is one of the most comfortable we've experienced. Nespresso machine in room. Robes and slippers. Sparkling water and coffee available for free to guests.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the complementary breakfast in bed and the complimentary bottle of champagne. the location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants and shops. the rooftop pool was also a great advantage, with stunning views of the city skyline.

The room was not as clean as we expected and there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. the staff was not always available when we tried to call for room service.
