The value for my money was excellent, and the room was cozy and clean. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and conveniently close to the National Zoo. The staff at the hotel, especially Jack and Edith, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and treated me like family.

For breakfast, it would be nice to have some variety in the food options.

The communication regarding the parking pass was unclear and caused some confusion upon check-in.

The attention to detail in the large, beautiful bathrooms is impressive. Additionally, the breakfast included is a great perk, with a variety of options to choose from.

It's located in Woodley Park, which is just a comfortable walk away from the Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is nice and quiet, perfect for a peaceful stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all the basic amenities you need, including a nice porch to enjoy the outside. The breakfast, prepared by the manager Jack, is more than adequate with a great selection of hot and cold options. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit and the communal breakfast table, which allowed me to meet other guests and have interesting conversations.

One of the drawbacks was the limited storage space in the room, with most of the available furniture being used for linen storage. This led to the inconvenience of living out of suitcases instead of being able to unpack.
