We found this hotel to be situated perfectly in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get around and explore. The room service was exceptional, and we loved the comfort of the bed and the wide range of room amenities provided. Plus, the staff were fantastic, with the manager and Michelle going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Downtown LA for a few nights. The property was originally the Sheraton Grand Hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The concierge helped us find a great tour of the city. The hotel's location, although not right in downtown, was still convenient and affordable to get around using Uber. it was a great value for the price we paid.

Spent Thanksgiving at a hotel in the heart of the city and thoroughly enjoyed it. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the great attractions, shops, and restaurants. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, offering complimentary coffee and pastries every morning in the lobby and providing additional towels upon request. the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable.

The noisy streets outside at night, which woke us up a couple of times. the shower seemed a bit outdated and small, making it difficult to move around in, especially for two people.
