during my stay in old orchard beach, i found that the landings inn and cottages exceeded my expectations in this area. the location was fantastic, just a quick stroll to the beach, and our cabin was spacious and clean. i really appreciated having a grill for outdoor meals, which added a nice touch to our family experience.

i thought i was staying at a classy place, but the cottage had disgusting mold and a leaky shower? ! i mean, really! also, no cooking utensils. the staff didn’t even offer an upgrade or any compensation for my troubles. i almost thought i’d have to come back and give a good review, but i just couldn't.
