We love the location right on the beach, making it super easy to stroll to the boardwalk. the beds are comfortable, and we appreciate the friendly service from the owner.

The bathroom cleanliness; it had hairs in the shower and a filthy anti-slip mat.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby attractions like the pier and mini-golf. the staff was super friendly, and I appreciated the clean outdoor areas and picnic tables for relaxing meals outside. the seasonal pool was a nice touch, too! the beds were comfy, making it a great spot for our family.

That said, there were a couple of things that could use some attention. the bathroom size was a tad cramped, and it would be nice if they had more kitchen utensils in the cottage.

We had a delightful stay, especially with the surprise upgrade to a cozy cottage that fit our family perfectly. the location was ideal, close to the beach and attractions, and the staff, including friendly neighbors, made our experience even better.

The breakfast selection could use more variety to choose from.

Terrible experience with a hint of comedy! Stayed in a run-down cottage with bugs, dodgy stove, and double charges! Manager, Sherry, a nightmare! Had to file fraud claims and close my bank account - she even wore nightgowns at the front desk! Avoid this place like the plague - it's a circus, not a staycation! Surprisingly.

While the Landings Inn And Cottages At Old Orchard Beach had some issues with cleanliness and management, my family and I appreciated the soundproof rooms, dog-friendly environment, and convenient location near a seafood stand. the shared gas grill was a nice touch. a good value for our brief stay.
