Waking up at 6:15 am to a disruptive buzzing was quite unpleasant!!! The dated atmosphere of the room is an area for improvement!!!

The heated bathroom floors were a cozy touch, but the loud air conditioning and small breakfast area made the stay feel less enjoyable. However, the location allowed easy access to local shops and restaurants.

On the downside, parking was a bit tight, especially during peak hours. Additionally, I found the pillows too firm for my taste, which made it hard to get a comfortable sleep.

The warm chocolate chip cookies every evening were a total treat, and the brekkie was achingly good! Loved that I could walk to everything in town—grabbed dinner and did a bit of shopping all in a flash. Staff was just so friendly and helpful. it felt like home away from home!

Only thing was the mini fridge was a bit of a nuisance, kept banging into the furniture when I opened it, but it’s such a small thing, really!

the pool was ‘unavailable’, yet I witnessed others using it. I would have thought given my stay, I might receive some red-carpet treatment—perhaps a complimentary dessert? Instead, I just got noise and inconvenience, almost a good review but just couldn’t.

The location was fantastic! just a short stroll from the Town Center with numerous shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast spread offered many hot and cold options.

The check-in process seemed a bit slow at times. it could use some improvement to enhance guest experience.

The two queen room was spacious, clean, and had a charming atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast options were plentiful, including delicious vegetarian dishes, and the laundry facility was well-kept, with ample seating available outside. However, parking was limited, which could be frustrating during busy periods, and the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, affecting my sleep comfort. Additionally, the hot tub area was closed during my visit, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed my time at this place. The breakfast was better than average, and it was nice to have warm cookies available every evening. I had an issue with the tub drain, but the staff noted it. I was also in a location that was a block from the center, which was convenient for exploring. I was thrilled to find that the tiled bathroom floor was heated. It felt like home, which I appreciate as a traveler from Rome.
