The hotel is located in an area populated with homeless people, but it is conveniently close to Powell street station. The rooms are clean and attractive, with great views. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers an excellent espresso machine and a rooftop atrium.

The neighborhood next to the hotel is unattractive, with many homeless people on the streets.

This hotel was fantastic! the rooms were beautifully designed and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One of the best things about our stay was the location; we were within walking distance of some really cool attractions and neighborhoods. Not to mention, the gym and rooftop bar were amazing features that really made our trip special.

The only downside to our experience was the number of homeless people that congregated in the area around the hotel. While we didn't feel unsafe, it was a bit uncomfortable and something to be aware of.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The on-site restaurant was amazing, serving delicious food that I would definitely go back for. Plus, there was a coffee shop on-site, perfect for grabbing a quick pick-me-up in the morning. the service and quality of this hotel were top-notch.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

We booked a stay at The Line for its proximity to the Warfield and were impressed by the friendly staff, clean and new building, and efficient service. Our corner room on the 6th floor had an amazing view of Taylor Street and the open-concept bathroom with a freestanding tub overlooking the skyline was a true wow factor. The security guards were always present, the housekeeping service was outstanding, and the coffee station in the room was the best I've seen. The rooftop bar offered upscale dining with amazing views and the hotel was within walking distance of Union Square.

I do recommend this hotel.

Our stay at The Line was exceptional. The hotel's clean and new building provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating to our needs. Despite being next to a theater, the noise level was manageable. The highlight for us was the rooftop bar, which offered a great ambiance and spectacular hot toddy. The decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and the fitness room was top-notch. we highly recommend this hotel for its quality and wonderful amenities.
