Homemade breakfast delights! Friendly staff interaction.

Room slightly stale. No time for pool.

I recently stayed at the Lodge and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location, right off I-70, was super convenient. The rooms were clean and the water pressure in the shower was great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with homemade breakfast casserole and biscuits and gravy, along with the usual cereal and yogurt options. The coffee was also really good. I loved the spacious breakfast room with the sofa sitting areas to watch TV. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the surrounding green lawns and games made it a fun place to be. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come here again.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem and couldn't believe the value we got for the price. Despite the affordable rates, Lodge At Russell exceeded our expectations with its amenities. The room had a spacious mini-fridge, a full-size microwave, and a coffee maker with delicious Starbucks coffee. The bathroom was updated with new tile and a large walk-in shower. And let's not forget the comfortable bed that made our stay incredibly pleasant. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, which included homemade sausage/hashbrown/egg/cheese casserole and coffee cake, was a delightful surprise.

We loved the renovated rooms with nice furnishings and comfortable beds. The AC worked well, and we appreciated the fresh laundry smell. The two-room suite was a great option for us as young holiday goers. We also found the staff to be friendly, which added to the pleasant experience.

Lumpy beds made it hard to get comfortable. Difficult access to the room with metal stairs on the outside of the building.

Nothing it is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were newly remodeled. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to use. The hotel's location was great, right by the highway and very quiet. The lobby had a new decor and I loved the colors. The breakfast was good and the eating area was clean. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the staff's friendliness.
