The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bellstaff were especially knowledgeable and assisted us with any questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the gondola and right in the heart of town. We loved being able to easily explore all that the area had to offer. Additionally, the hot tubs and pool were a fantastic addition to our romantic escape.

One downside was that the room was smaller than we expected. However, the comfortable bed made up for it.

We felt safe and welcome as solo travelers, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was nothing short of wonderful.

We also loved the picturesque view from our balcony, it truly felt like a winter wonderland. Finally, the pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a day of skiing.
