Rooms are spacious. Front desk handled by Crowne Plaza during renovations. Helpful overnight manager. Valet explained valet charges. Great location. Quiet stay. Good breakfast. Nice valet staff. Lovely Loft theme. Fast and friendly valet.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of the Arena District, where you can find lots of entertainment options. There are also some good dining choices on High Street, so you won't have to go far for a delicious meal. Additionally, the room has a nice industrial feel, which adds a unique touch to your stay. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for your needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that you have a pleasant experience during your stay.

One negative aspect of this hotel is that there are nowhere near enough outlets for easy device charging.

During my new year stay, I appreciated the two complementary drinks offered at check-in and the free breakfast served every morning. the hotel was located in a convenient area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was smaller than expected, and the walls were very thin, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. the temperature in the room was difficult to regulate and made for an uncomfortable stay.
