We loved the fresh and delicious breakfast, with a variety of berries on offer, and the minimalist decor throughout the hotel created a clean and inviting atmosphere. the central location made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

I loved the modern look and the service at the hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, with a spotless bedroom and bathroom. the bed was very comfortable, and the fitness center had brand new equipment. Using a phone app for the room key was convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even walking a refrigerator up to the room.

The room was beautifully decorated and the staff was extraordinarily friendly. We appreciated the fantastic location, just across the street from the art museum and within a quick stroll to the prison and nearby restaurants.

The hotel's tech incorporation was overkill, with the app and mirror technologies causing most issues. There were difficulties with the thermostat control and lights, but the worst aspect was the unrelenting noise from the HVAC system that could not be turned off.

The Maj Hotel exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the hotel's attention to detail was remarkable. From the beautifully designed interiors to the friendly and attentive staff, every aspect of the hotel exuded thoughtfulness. Secondly, the location in the museum district was superb. Being able to explore the art museum, prison, and surrounding restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. Lastly, the basic amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options and was a delightful start to each morning. Additionally, the affordable prices made this hotel an excellent value for money.

All in all, I didn't find anything major that needed improvement.

We loved the high-tech features of the room, including the smart mirror and room control app. The location was perfect for visiting museums and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Although we experienced a few hiccups, the friendly and helpful staff, especially the African American woman who went above and beyond, made our stay enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel.
