I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to 5th Ave and Grand Central Station. It was so convenient to be near Times Square and the Empire State Building. Plus, the hotel was really quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff here was wonderful, especially David who was extremely friendly and accommodating. He gave us great directions, tickets to events, and suggestions for dining. The service was top-notch, just like the other hotels I've stayed in NYC. The room amenities were great too, with a sitting area, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The lobby of this hotel was beautiful and clean, with high ceilings. The staff in the lobby were welcoming and pleasant. I especially enjoyed the complimentary wine served in the library room upon arrival. Additionally, the manager and concierge were very helpful in planning out my stay. The location of the hotel was also a key advantage, as it was conveniently located near various attractions and transportation options.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the room I was assigned had a double bed instead of the queen bed that I had booked.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the friendly staff who were always ready to assist. They made me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a few blocks away from popular attractions and shopping areas. It was convenient to explore the city and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Moreover, I loved the fact that the hotel had windows that opened, allowing fresh air to come in. It added to the overall experience and made the room feel more comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted my stay. The rooms definitely needed some renovation as they felt outdated and in need of a refresh.

The value for money at Mansfield was great - free coffee 24/7, apples & cake in the morning, and even a small free room upgrade! The room was super clean, with a sparkling white tub and wood floors that were perfect for my allergies.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, like some hot options or a wider variety of pastries.

The location of the hotel was also perfect, surrounded by great eateries. The modern and clean rooms provided a comfortable stay.
