The value for our money at Margate Resort was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the lake. The location was perfect, with easy access to the private beach and a short walk to the main resort. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Only thing that could make the food for breakfast better is more variety.

Heating system is noisy, spa area is dirty, indoor pool water is milky, beds around the pool are loud and uncomfortable. Change rooms were run down and dirty.

The Margate Resort had a great location on the water with a clean beach and live music at the bar. Prices were reasonable for high season and staff was helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and offered my favorite TV channels. Conveniently located to downtown.

The lake is steps away. Beach bar gazebo and outdoor pool available. Clear and shallow water on the beach. Lunch at the tiki bar was good. Convenient location with beach access. New accommodations, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Adequate breakfast options. Would consider returning.
