During our recent stay, we appreciated the chic and well, executed design of the hotel, as well as the thoughtful amenities provided on each floor, such as the self. the staff stood out for their exceptional service, offering personalized recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the rooftop lounge with gas fire pits was a cozy spot to unwind.

On the flip side, some guests may find the limited breakfast options in the self, serve galley disappointing and may prefer a more substantial breakfast offering. Additionally, there were isolated incidents where guests experienced long wait times at check, in, encountered cleanliness issues, and found the staff to be rude and unaccommodating.

The location is so convenient, being close to restaurants and shops, and the ferry is also nearby. The room was very comfortable, with great amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries.
