During my Christmas stay, the hotel room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. the location was amazing, with easy walking distance to major tourist attractions and public transportation.

The free wifi was not up to par for my needs, which made it difficult to get work done or stay connected with family back home. while the room had everything I needed, it was on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a wonderful area in the Upper West Side. It's conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and service provided by the staff are outstanding. The rooms are comfortable, with a queen bed and a view to some interior garden. The inclusion of a refrigerator and a kitchenette is a nice touch. The fact that breakfast is included in the rate makes it even better value for money.
